Key Responsibilities and Contributions

1. Infrastructure Planning and Design
  • Conducted a comprehensive analysis of client requirements, including system performance, security, and scalability needs.
  • Designed a robust IT infrastructure blueprint tailored to each call center’s operational goals and workflow requirements.
  • Planned efficient network layouts, ensuring optimal connectivity and redundancy for uninterrupted operations.
2. System Setup
  • Procured and configured 50–100 systems per call center, ensuring they met the specific hardware and software requirements of the client.
  • Installed and optimized operating systems, productivity software, and call center management tools across all systems.
3. Server Deployment
  • Deployed Active Directory (AD) Domain Servers to centralize user management and authentication across the network.
    • Ensured secure access controls and streamlined user role assignments.
